2018: A Record Year for Trinity
Phoenix, Ariz. – Trinity Capital Investment looked at 400+ growth stage companies that were evaluating a venture loan or equipment leasing line of capital in 2018. Technologies including free global wireless Internet and phone services, realistic and interactive 3D and VR experiences, online fashion subscription services, migraine treatment, and the highest-quality kombucha drinks were just a few of the varied products and technologies from companies that have attained stronger positions in the marketplace, thanks to the continuous efforts of Trinity Capital Investment in 2018.
Trinity funded a record $192 million on $260M in commitments to venture-backed growth stage businesses, adding 25 new companies to the elite roster in Trinity’s growing portfolio. Trinity has become an integral member of the lending community since entering the marketplace more than a decade ago. It has backed this up with funding approaching $1 billion since its inception.
“We’re proud knowing that Trinity was the chosen partner for all of these early growth stage companies,” said Kyle Brown, Managing Partner at Trinity Capital Investment. “And we will continue to be their advocate as they move to their next level of success.”
The team looks forward to supporting new and promising entrepreneurial companies, following the 2018 launch of its fourth fund. The latest fund is expected to provide an estimated $500 million of additional capital over the next few years.
